There's a reason the number of freelancers on LinkedIn has ballooned 50 percent in the last five years. The professional networking site is proven to put assignments in freelance writers' in boxes.

And today's LinkedIn has become steadily more freelance friendly. Problem is, who has time to really study all the ways to use LinkedIn to profit their business? Happily, IWOC rides to your rescue in the January meeting.

Join ex-LinkedIn employee turned Success Coach Hayden Humphrey as he discusses LinkedIn tips and strategies for freelancer writers. During this information-packed one-hour session, Hayden will discuss personal and company branding, purposeful publishing, and how to find clients and sell yourself on the platform. Please come prepared with questions and, if you'd like, a LinkedIn profile already created.

Networking, with snacks and beverages, begins at 5:00 p.m., followed by the program at 6:00 p.m.

The meeting is FREE for IWOC members. Non-members pay $10 with online preregistration/payment or $15 at the door.
